Our Arginvecchio restaurant makes sure that the products used to prepare the menus are largely cultivated on the family-run farm itself, using products without any pesticides and additives.

The restaurant is full of Tuscan flavors and aromas, with dishes ranging from traditional to reproductions and interpretations of strictly Tuscan dishes.
The wine cellar of the ArginVecchio restaurant contains some of the best-known Tuscan wines, including a number of special bottles and wine from other regions renowned for the quality of their wines.
You cannot read the wine list, without recognizing certain labels and regions around the hills of Lucca, including "Palistorti di Valgiano", the Chianti area with the "Peppoli" Antinori, the least well-known but value for money "Lamole di Lamole ", the red wines from Montepulciano, Scansano, and Montalcino. Also the Brunello and Bolgheri areas with their "Il Bruciato" Antinori wine, and finally the wines of the Azienda Agricola Le Fornacelle.
When it comes to wines from outside the region, the company offers red wines from Lazio, Emilia Romagna, Piedmont, Agricola Braida, as well as Trentino and Puglia.
The list of white wines is more limited, but not of inferior quality. We offer: Vermentino di Bolgheri "Antinori", Pinot Bianco del Trentino, Muller Turgau and Gewurtztraminer.
When it comes to sparkling wine, we hace Prosecco of Treviso, Ferrari, Berlucchi, Franciacorta, as well as a variety of champagnes.
